Why I Shifted to Natural Healing

Over 30 years ago, I began exploring natural healing practices—a tradition that predates the pharmaceutical era.

For many years, I expressed this passion as a professional massage therapist, offering relief and well-being to clients.

However, life has expanded in ways I couldn’t have foreseen.

Moving to a state where I am not licensed as a massage therapist has been one factor in this shift, but more than that, my focus has broadened.

While massage therapy became the modality I went deepest into professionally—gaining tens of thousands of hours of experience—my broader exploration of healing spans decades. My Personal Health Journey

Like many, I’ve faced health challenges in my own life and witnessed loved ones navigate theirs.

I refuse to accept that as the only path.
